The smell of spring, coming…

When I saw our first daffodil bloom, it was a cold and frosty day. We picked the flower and placed it in a cup in our kitchen. That powerful little stem of petals filled our home up with the smell of spring and sunshine and happy nostalgic memories.

I’m always taken back by the power nature has to alter our mood and memory, especially floral beauties. On Friday 28 July at 7pm we’re hosting a special workshop involving flower arranging, raw treat cooking and mindful meditation. This will be run by soil conservationist Robin Tait from Inner Wellness Community, providing you a beautiful space to unwind from the busy week and find solace in nature’s beauties 💚We hope you can set aside some time for yourself, to enjoy a relaxing night of creativity, colour and learning!
