A few days late, but here is the recipe of the peppermint cream bliss balls we served last weekend at our DIY Toxin-Free Workshop Enjoy for me, because I am date/sugar-free for adrenal healing!
Peppermint Cream Bliss Balls
1 cup dry roasted cashews
1 cup desiccated coconut
10 medjool dates, seeds removed
10 drops peppermint essential oil
¼ tsp spirulina
pinch of salt
2 tbsp cacao nibs
Place the cashews and coconut into your processor and blend until the mixture resembles a coarse flour. Add the dates, peppermint oil, spirulina and salt and blend until the mixture is well combined and sticking together. Mix in cacao nibs. Use your hands to press and shape the mixture into balls and place into the fridge to set. Eat and enjoy.
