Here is a quick and easy ALL NATURAL tip to have you feeling great in an instant.
Simply sit down and put your bare feet into a basin of cool/cold water.

Its also great if you happen to be feeling a bit more “hot under the collar”… you know… angry! It will do the same trick.
Although I wouldn’t recommend dunking someone else’s feet into the basin if they happen to be a tad upset. Just ask them to do it, if they are willing.
The water temperature can be adjusted to suit yourself, by adding some fridge-chilled water to tap water until you’ve got the right mix.
