Feeling a bit hot and bothered this summer?

Here is a quick and easy ALL NATURAL tip to have you feeling great in an instant.

Simply sit down and put your bare feet into a basin of cool/cold water.

This will naturally draw the heat away from your head and have you feeling cool and refreshed in no
time.

Its also great if you happen to be feeling a bit more “hot under the collar”… you know… angry! It will do the same trick.

Although I wouldn’t recommend dunking someone else’s feet into the basin if they happen to be a tad upset. Just ask them to do it, if they are willing.

The water temperature can be adjusted to suit yourself, by adding some fridge-chilled water to tap water until you’ve got the right mix.
