TMJ stands for Temporomandibular Joint which is your jaw joint.

⁃ General jaw tension

⁃ Accident or injury
⁃ Had braces on your teeth
⁃ Inability to open your mouth wide

Being a Natural Medicine Practitioner, Jo Ross uses Kinesiology to treat TMJ problems that can bring great and LASTING relief. Kinesiology works to release the muscles associated with this joint that are tight.

It could be that you are stressed out or have experienced trauma. When this remains over a long period of time, not only will there by TMJ problems, it can lead to all sorts of conditions in the body.

The first and immediate of which are:

* Dehydration, no matter how much water you may drink
* Magnesium deficiency – and we need magnesium on a daily basis for well over 300 important functions in the body
* Digestive problems

Then over a longer period of time more chronic conditions begin to occur, some of which could be:

Treatment may require 1 to 3 sessions or so of Kinesiology. A sessions is approximately one 60-90 minutes.
