Throughout the year, we run Healing Foods Cooking Workshops, to educate you about nourishing foods, and how to prepare them in order to make nutrients in foods more bioavailable. But don’t expect these workshops to be like other ‘cooking classes’ out there. Our workshops go far beyond just looking at how to prepare food. We delve deep into the medicinal aspects of food as medicine, and how you can use foods to heal your body, and prevent development of chronic illnesses. Because of this, our workshops are educational and empowering, and will inspire you to live a life of intentional and mindful eating for wellness.
October – December 2017, we’re running a series of Nutritional Medicine Workshops at Move Strong Gym (32 Don Road, Devonport), as part of our 12-Week Nutrition Program which is currently under-way.
